About Us

Now in its 10th year, the GradStar Awards recognizes South Africa’s top employable students, connecting them with leading employers.
This national programme is free to enter for all tertiary students and recent graduates with less than two years of work experience.

In partnership with the Future Fit Academy, a team of recruiters and industrial psychologists has carefully developed the assessment criteria to identify future industry leaders.
The GradStar Awards challenge students to showcase their best qualities, refine their skills, and gain valuable insights into what top employers seek in ideal candidates.
By participating, students can assess their strengths, identify areas for growth, and position themselves for career success.
